Deposit
Unless an instrument is in stock, all bass orders require a deposit. The deposit amounts to reserve or instigate a build are:
PRO-4 Midi Bass Deposit - US$1,500.00
PRO-5 Midi Bass Deposit - US$2,000.00

Shipping Charges
We ship to the world using FedEx who provide two options for shipping - International Economy and International Priority. Because we ship to many different places and countries in the world we don't include the shipping charges in the published price of the bass. Shipping charges are calculated separately on a per order basis. Feel free to contact us for a quote. All shipments are insured to their full value.
Customs Related Fees
The customer is responsible for all customs fees associated with importation.
By purchasing a Midi Bass direct from Industrial Radio the customer is essentially acting as an importer. When the bass is shipped to the customer the package will be reviewed by the local customs authority and may incur additional fees and charges associated with importation. These fees may include, but are not limited to, customs inspection fees, goods and services taxes (aka value added taxes) and tariffs. Often the final amount owing to customs will be a combination of all three.
During the process, it is not uncommon for FedEx or customs agents to contact the customer and ask for more information about the product. If customs determine that the customer needs to pay fees the customer will be contacted and told to pay the necessary amount before the product is 'released', ie. delivered. It's important to note that this transaction does not involve Industrial Radio and is between the customer and FedEx/customs.
Unfortunately, due to the way customs agencies operate (and language barriers) it is impossible for Industrial Radio to exactly predict the amount of money a customer will be liable for once a shipment arrives. We advise all our customers to contact their local customs agency for more information.
Australian Customers
Australian customers do not need to worry about customs fees but are required to pay an additional 10% GST on the published prices.
Methods of Payment
We accept payments by PayPal. With PayPal you can pay using Visa, Mastercard or funds from your bank account quickly and conveniently. You don't even need to have a registered PayPal account to make payments via PayPal.
Alternatively, if you don't want to use PayPal, we also accept payments by direct bank transfer. In this case we will send you our bank account details and you can make the transfer using your banks' facilities.
Warranty
Industrial Radio provides a 12 month warranty on all products.
Midi Bass Warranty & Instrument Care
Return Policy
At Industrial Radio we understand that buying an expensive instrument direct from the manufacturer (usually overseas) without trying it first can be a nervous experience. We don't want our customers to feel trapped so we provide a 14 day return policy just in case the product doesn't meet their expectations.
If the customer decides to return the instrument they will be liable for the return shipping charges and a US$100.00 re-stocking fee. Furthermore, we do not refund the initial shipping charges. However, it does give the customer a chance to redeem the majority of their money.
