When you purchase an Industrial Radio Midi Bass shipping charges are a separate amount from the direct price. Below is information about how we can ship your instrument to you.
Shipping Outside Australia
For international customers (those outside Australia) we offer two options for shipping - FedEx International Economy and Customer Arranged Pickup.
FedEx International Economy
FedEx International Economy is a fast, cost-effective shipping service that takes approximately 5-7 days to ship to most places in the world.

Customer Arranged Pickup (CAP)
Industrial Radio customers are also free to arrange their own shipping using their preferred carrier. When customers arrange their own shipment, responsibility for the instrument moves to the customer as soon as the package leaves our premises. We encourage customers who wish to use this option to consider taking out insurance for the delivery because any loss or damage incurred during the shipping process is the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Duties
All customs and duties applied to shipments made by Industrial Radio are the responsibility of the customer. Industrial Radio cannot supply definitive information about the customs charges of individual customs departments around the world. We encourage future Industrial Radio customers to contact the relevant customs department directly to obtain information about likely fees and tariffs imposed on the importation.
